I'm glad that no one was injured, I didn't mean to sound selfish. It's just my luck. I'm the guy who stands in line at Walmart for half an hour only to have the register break down when my turn comes up...lol
Praobably add a few weeks to the turn around time.

Even if the gun didn't get hot, smoke is terrible for a guns finish. Usually has lots of caustic fumes that can ruin blueing. And then there's the water from fighting the fire...:(. I'd call them ASAP about the gun if it were mine. I hope things turn out well for you. You might just be getting a NEW one.:)--Mike Ezell

Hahaha...i'm the guy(last night) at the gym that got on the exercise bike that made a ton of noise after 5 minutes...that decided to switch to a treadmil and then the treadmil decided to make tons of noise. Told the wive this exercise thing isn't for me...the machines are tellin me so.

Anyway...hope you gun is o.k....I'm sure if it isn't they will take care of you

killinmammals sorry about your bad luck but at the same time it is good to here that someone else is afflicted with the same problem I have..... how many people send a gun in for repairs only to have the facility catch fire?
