I have a Niece that lives in Sugarland, Texas. Got a phone call from my sis today about what happened. Seems the neice had stopped at Kroger for a few items Christmas eve, when she came out of the store a man grabbed her put a gun to her head and told her to get in her car. From what I understand she went off on the guy. Kicking, hitting, screaming. There was another guy who came to her aid and the guy ran off. They said he left bleeding all over and my neice had put a butt kicking on the guy. When he ran off he dropped his cell phone. They had him in custody in short order, Charged him with attempted Kidnapping, Atempted car jacking and assault. She ID'ed the guy in a line up. Her worse injury is a black eye where he got one lick in before he ran.

Thank goodness she is ok. Glad she fought back, just like she should have. Too many go willingly hoping it will all work out. A persons best chance is right there in public.

To bad somebody didn't kill the bastard. Thank God for your niece's safety. The girl's got spunk! The sorry SOB will probably get out in 5 years after a plea deal.

What he said. Stress this to your wives, daughters, girlfriends. You can get help in the parking lot; there will be no help available where he is taking you.
