I have been looking for a new rifle and have been looking at either getting a 30-06 or a .308, and have been leaning towards a .308. I have had a friend mention to me looking at an FN PBR and i have seen one in person and looked online a little bit but overall i just do not have enough knowledge to really make a sound decision. If any one out there has one has shot one or knows and pros or cons on them any info would be greatly appreciated. Also if you know how much to expect to pay for one that would be appreciated as well.

Those rifles are the Winchester model 70 action and FN now makes 70 % of the US Militaries weapons according to their ads. I believe these rifles are the one's used by the Sniper core and so they must be very accurate. The factory in SC is now producing the new Winchester model 70 rifles and I have looked at them very closely and if it weren't for the fact I already own a great Win Mod 70 FWT I would buy one of the new ones I may any how. I think you would be well pleased with the rifle you have in mind. JMHO though.
