The cardinal fans here are a pretty vindictive bunch themselves. They do their share of dishing. I don't feel bad for poking them from time to time, and I'm sure the feeling is mutual. I don't think we've had any personal threats made yet, which is more than I can say for the political crap.

Aww crap. Why do I get labeled as the bad guy all of a sudden? This must have really struck a nerve.:D The UK vs. UL thing is a never ending saga here, in good fun I THOUGHT. My feelings have never been hurt, I know UK football sucks. I know UK basketball has been absent from the national scene for , oh, 10 years. I also know that if UK was rated #3 pre-season and had a tough time with a NAIA school, someone would have posted about it. You don't think Gardner Webb never got brought up on here? Florida wiped their butts with us, they are a better team and a better program. So what?

What do you want me to say? UK fans are being too hard on UL fans? C'mon now. I've watched you post anti-Uk stuff for a couple of years. It's all in good fun. If you guys take this topic, or any topic here personal then it's time to get a life.

Not a low blow at all. That is long gone and resolved. If you read, he apologized because he was out of line and we dropped it. He came at me out of no where and threatened to kick my ass. Which is something that would have to be done, because I don't back down. Anyhow. We resolved our issues and both just admitted that we were passionate fans and haven't had a problem since.

My point for posting that was that you said we haven't had any sports related personal threats and that is incorrect.

I'm not saying I haven't made my share of negative comments about UK but they ARE far outnumbered by any of you blueglassers. I mainly boast and brag on UL, not attack UK. Find a post where I said that I was glad that a UK player got hurt or anything that derogatory. I have congratulated them on several occasions and wished them well. UK fans always make threads about UL's misfortunes. Whereas you don't see very many of the opposite. Find a thread that I made about UK losing or something bad happening to them. I'm not saying they don't exist, because its possible but it sure slips my memory.

UK fans closed mindedness and arrogant attitude make it completely unenjoyable to discuss sports on this forum. We can't have a thread about UL without one of you all coming in and bashing and you all can't make a thread about UK without bashing UL in it.

The thing is the UK fans outnumber the serious UK fans outnumber the serious UL fans about 50-3. So when you have 50 different people constantly stirring things up, it gets old quick. That's why I stay out of these threads as much as possible anymore.

79, with all due respect I think nearly everyone here would agree that you are the most passionate person when it comes to sports, I mean look at your avatar. This is why people like to have fun with you. The way I see it, when things are good for UL you don't mind slinging mud and talking trash like the rest of us, all in good fun, there's nothing wrong with that. The thing is, things are not so good relatively speaking and many of the topics that you were so heavily involved in proved you wrong. So now, rather than eat crow, which is what all fans do from time to time, especially UK fans, you just don't want to hear it anymore.

I'm sure as soon as you have a leg to stand on again you'll be right back at it, which is fine with me. I've never had anything but fun going back and forth about UK and UL. I made the mistake of thinking that you Louisville guys enjoyed going back and forth and could take a little good natured ribbing like a man. Obviously I was wrong.

I guess we should make a pact right now that there will be no UL vs UK threads during basketball season to avoid hurting anyones feelings. If UL stomps UK, I don't want to see a single post about it, because you know, it's unfair and it just gets old being picked on all the time.:D

Once again you have your blinders on. You said that I posted 4 threads in the same time period that you posted 2. But the two you listed were in a 2 month time period, the ones you listed of mine were in a period of over a year. So lets look at YOUR threads IN THAT SAME TIME PERIOD you listed mine.

Yes, please tell us what it is. If you say cheerleading, you are off base. There are at least two national champions each year UCA and NCA, both Kentucky and Louisville win national titles and sometimes they win nationals in the same year.

Now someone please shoot me for even knowing this, because I am pretty sure I comitted some serious man law violations!:)
