I know alot of people choose not to excercise their right to open carry for many reasons. I searched the threads and couldn't find this exact topic.
For open carry could you use an ankle holster IF wearing shorts? I think it would be easier to notice someone carrying in a holster on the belt than in an ankle holster. I wonder if it would make a difference.
What do you guys think?

Ah who cares what the law is? I mean get a rig like this, some black over-the-calf stretch socks, sandals, plaid shorts and you'll be so over run with babes, you won't need extra protection.;)

GSP, they won't notice your ankle rig because they'll be totally distracted by your accordion.

Haha very funny:D
Didn't really answer my question though...
I would think it would still be legal. Unless its in a holster like the one above.. Maybe THAT one shouldn't be legal..

The law states that it only has to be easily recognizable as a gun by any reasonable person. It cannot be concealed in any way. If you choose to carry that way you would be perfectly legal, but not very fashionable.
