[:D] Took me about 2 1/2 pounds of ground venison, patted it into 3 nice plump patties, rubbed it with fresh garlic and seasoned with salt, pepper and a touch of Tony Sachares (sp) cajun mess and grilled low over charcoal & Hickory till about Medium then threw em' in a dish and covered them steaks with a brown gravy made with mushrooms and onions and baked it about 30 minutes......

Ummmmmm Good[;)] Had a pot of green beans and Mashed Cauliflower too!

Mash it like taters, add a bit of grated Parmesan cheese if you wish!
Just Cook your Cauliflower till it's pretty soft, add your butter & seasonings and Mash! It's um good! Better than taters!

Mashed cauliflower is mighty tasty. Try it with a healthy dose of horseradish mixed in.

They go mighty well with something I just had to have the other night--German style potato pancakes. Mmmmm!

[;)]Yepper, It (Cauliflower) goes very well with Fresh roasted and crushed garic also. Pretty much, anything you can do with a mashed tater, or any tater you can do with Cauliflower!
