legal hunting?

I was wandering if it would be legal to duck hunt the lower fork of drakes creek in simpson county, there is a public boat ramp right off of hwy 100 someone mentioned this may be in the city limits im notsure could I put in at the boat ramp and motor back so far?

Navigable streams are public access, if duck hunting you would be trespassing if you get on the bank to hunt or retrieve a bird or drag over a riffle.

You should contact the Simpson County oficer or Captain from that district for such a specific question, they would have knowledge of the particular situation as it relates to city limits, etc...

no ducks anyways. and yes the creek does mark the boundaries of the city limits. Plus you will not beat me to "THE SPOT." Doc Hodges is who you can ask.
