Private Message Question

since the recent switch of the forum set up or change over i am havin issues on sending folks private messages i keep getting that quick message thing which can be viewed by all not that i care awhole lot but some discussions dont really need to be be viewed by everyone can someone please help me resolve this issue thanks RNB

How are you going about sending them? When I click on your name, send pm shows up underneath.

i used to do the same thing your doing and even now i have tried and i get that quick message thingy with no option to send a PM...
(i used to single click on a user name and it would give me options including send a PM)
also since we are discussing issues i cant add smileys or change my font size or color either i have tried

Edit Options



Make sure that you have Private Messaging enabled under Messaging and Notification. Next, make sure that you have Show Images enabled under Thread Display Options and lastly make sure that you have Enhanced Interface selected under Miscellaneous Options.

Check that out and see if it fixes it.

Also, when you reach that member's page, after the page loads, click on the "contact info" tab. That is where the Private Message link is located.
