I'm still around, fishing has been sidetracked by hunting which I cant do till the weekend. Tonight I'm heading to the lake since we got some rain. Not sure if I'm going for bass or carp. She'll be goin with me as usual and will post pics if we catch anything

Well I can tell you all from experience now of 16 years...My wife is a changed woman, she don't care about shopping now for squat. I got her trained like a man wants a woman to be..... If she needs something she goes in the store, goes to the spot in the store where item is located....Picks up item and then proceeds to the checkout lane....Buys item and leaves the store.....Took me 15 years to get her trained right, but I finally got her on the right track...

I know it's working, her momma called to see if she wanted to go out shopping...she told her momma know, why do I need to do that...I don't need anything in particular....Besides if I go out, I'd have to get all spiffyed up and spend money on something I don't need.... So she didn't go....

See fella's where there is a will, there's a way.....

By the way my wife would rather go fishin with me, than go shopping now....ain't that nice of her.....:)

I had a great aunt & uncle that were dang near inseperable. You would always seem them together out....everywhere. She was outdoors person and loved to fish...and had only one vice ...chewing tobacco. Growing up every time I saw her...she had her spitoon with her. Loose leaf Beechnut or plug Bloodhound.. she was a sight. Carried an old pocket knife that the blade was just about wore out from cutting the plug tobacco.

They both ran a bait shop for a short time near Johnathan Creek and I spent quite a lot of time there. One older gentleman one day that frequented their shop commented to my uncle about how long they had been married and how they always were seen together out in public.

My uncles reply to the gentleman as reason they were always together......" I'd rather take her with me as to give her a kiss good by !!!":D
