Silverado Mileage

Just curious to the people who have a truck similar to this,.. what kind of mileage do you get?

1998 Silverado Ext. Cab 4x4 350

You can bet you will get around 10-14 mpg. I put around 20 bucks in mine a day driving 80miles. Most of which is highway.

My dad had one. He bought it brand new and he was gettin like 15 or 16. When he was driving highway he would get about 17 or 18.
I have a 2000 Silverado and get about 17 0r 18 in the city, but it has a 327 (5.3 litre) instead of a 350.

I have a 2000 model. 4x4 has the 327 in it. I have 285 mud tires on it and i get about 13 miles to the gallon. Sucking me dry looking for a gas getter now.

97 ext. cab, 350 vortec, 315/75/16 mickey thompson mtz, about a four inch suspension lift and 2 inch body lift. around twelve to thirteen.

less than 20 little more than 10:)..depends on the gears it has
higher gear will get 16-18hgway lower gear will get you about 13-15
both gears will get you in the 11-13 towing regardless.

Been driving a 2001 4x4 Ext Cab 350 since 2001.

On the daily to / from town commute I get around 16.5 mpg.

The best ever was around 20 on an interstate trip, not using the A/C, good tailwind, etc

i got a 1998, ext cab, 4x4, 350 recently and finally got to test the mileage. i had a trip of roughy 80% highway and 20% city miles. i averaged 17.25 miles per gallon. not great but for the size vehicle, i guess i cant complain.

gotta 96 350 extended cab with 160,000 miles on it, gets 17 mpg.
