Hey guys, I know this is a hunting forum and the story involves fishing but I thought I would share anyways. Yesterday my granddad and I were putting new bearings in the tires on his boat and had to go buy some bearings so we went to Advanced Auto Parts and heard them talking about a truck down by the river that was tore up. The boat ramp was on the way back to granddad's house so we drove down to see what they were talking about. When we saw the truck I was monumentally pissed and it wasn't even my truck. Some lowlive scumbag had taken all four tires off the truck and left it on blocks. They also smashed all the windows in the truck. On top of that they keyed the fire outta the sides and I didn't get close enought to look inside but I imagine the upholstery was messed up too. These people didn't touch the trailer that was attached but they made a total mess of the truck. You know some guy is gonna come back from a day of fishing to be dissappointed and fighting mad when he sees his truck. Moral of the story-Be careful when fishing and be sure not to make an enemies...atleast don't let them know what kind of truck you drive.

everyone that docks in metropolis il knows not to get in anyones way,,,,or that happens,,,,like parking on the dock or taking up several parking areas,,,,or just being a dumba^#,,,thats where a friend of mine and i fish from,,,,

I was talking to a buddy last week who fishes all the time at different lakes. He said that theft and vandalism is REALLY bad right now at the ramps. He knows several people who have been hit, they've lost spare tires, trailers, catalytic convertors, ect...
