I travel a great deal for work and have to do hunting when I can while at home. That means staying close. We have three WMA close to me. Adair, Mullins and LLoyd. How's the bunny population in those places? Do any of you hunt them with dogs?

I haven't huntedwith dogs in these places, but have hunted them. Adair seems to have a good population of them. I have been to all of them and Lloyd gets hit pretty hard with bird and rabbit hunters. Adair seems to stay less unpopulated with hunters for some reason. I only met probably 3 people last year that bow hunt there and about 10 or so that squirrel hunt. Those numbers are of course what I saw when I was there.

Good to see other rabbit hunters here. I've got a bunch of 13" beagles that can run the hide of of a rabbit. My dogs are the best in the state, bar none. I hunt in the area around Louisville but will travel anywhere. If you want to see top notch dogs in action, let me know, we'll get together for a hunt. Bring plenty of shells!

Buster, I live in Lexington and enjoy watching a good beagle run rabbits. Let me know if you need some help bagging a few.
