Check this out! Might have been posted before but I don't think so! Tell me this would make a dirty spot in your shorts!:Dhttp://media-files.gather.com/images/d871/d190/d745/d224/d96/f3/full.jpg
Snake killed on Golf Course in Harlan , Ky A little something for golfers to think about the next time you go after a lost ball in the rough. He should have been given at least four strokes off his game!! But, knowing golfers they probably wanted to give him a stoke for each time he hit the snake. Should have bought some new clothes ! ! ! ! How's this for a 'hazard' on the course? This is the golf course off 119 near Harlan at the Country Club This is a timber rattler killed last week-end. Although diamond back Rattlers get this big and maybe even bigger, I did not know timber rattlers reached that size. I don't know how many rattles it had or it's actual size and length was, But since he is about 5'9' the snake appears to be at least 8 feet long if not longer, and is bigger around than his arms. He killed the snake on number 8 at Oakview while looking for his ball. He killed the snake with a 2 iron.;) The man holding the snake is the greens keeper. Anyone know more on the story?

That's the same photo trickery people use with deer. Hold the specimen away from the body and closer to the camera. I'd be surprised if that snake was over 3 feet long.
