Hurricane Ike/prayer request for my son

Guys, keep my 16 year old son, Christopher in your thoughts today. He and his mother live in Cypress, Texas which is a suburb on the west side of Houston. I last spoke with him last night at 11 pm and they were without power then. There's not any phone service there right now, so I haven't been able to get ahold of anyone there. I am pretty sure they will be ok, but just not knowing anything is tough.

Cypress is on the good side of Houston for this storm. A little North and West. It sounds like the South East is an area you don't want to be in.

Finally heard from my ex-wife yesterday at about 3pm. She said it got really scary. They were up all night and they had 110 mph winds where they were.
