How long will it take for Gas to drop back down to
3.50 a gallon after "IKE" passes .

Lots of factors. I know many places I went to yesterday for work were out of gas and didn't know when they might get some more. If people would actually conserve a bit, it will get better sooner. The ONLY way they will be able to keep people from buying up all the gas is to raise prices through the roof. When many refineries are shut down and everybody in the country thinks they need to fill up every gas container they own it will cause problems.
