Tuesday while putting out some apples saw 3 hens with 10 more than half grown young -- the hatch was really spread out this year

Thats wild! I guess there is a reason for that struttin and gobblin that carries through to june!

I wouldn't shoot one that small (even if I could hit it ) I like a young turkey as well as anybody but that's a little too young. Unless you just want a turkey sandwich.

that is a late hatch but I'd say they will be alright even though they are born later than common
