I tried to get tickets to the Louisville show with Willie Nelson, but they sold out before I could... I've seen them perform nearly a dozen times over the years, and he was a truly integral part of the band.

I love their music, they are my favorite band. But I hate their politics and the hippies that follow them. It is a huge loss.

I read a story on this. It said he ATV accident occurred in June. He was home rehabilitating and had some complications that took his life. Wonder what was up with that? You hear about ATV accidents/fatalities and you just assume that the person died pretty quickly. Not this case here.

Spinal injuries, which is what I assume he suffered, are accompanied by various organ troubles, pneumonia, etc.
