Was curious what everyone's most consistently accurate centerfire rifle has been so far. I'm talking real-world, day-in and day-out accuracy, not some once-in-a-lifetime group shot when the gods were smiling down. Anyone have a rifle that just flat-out shoots consistent for them no matter what?

I have a Ruger mod. 77 With a heavy barrel, chambered in 243 win. that I have had for many years. It is a very accurate rifle, and with the right amo, makes bug holes at 100 yards. I have harvested more than 30 deer with this rifle, and numerous varmints. My 2 best shots were, a nice buck at 380 yards and a yote at 420 yards.
I recently bought(2 years ago) a Savage mod. 12, chambered in 22-250 with a heavy barrel and laminated stock, it shoots very well also.....but I'm yet to draw blood with this rifle..........If life would slow down a bit, there would be no yotes in a 100 miles of this farm!:)

My most consistantly accurate: Rem 700 in 25-06. Bought it 30+ years ago & when I want to kill a critter its my choice. Never fired a factory load in it, but it likes every thing between 75 grain through 117 grain and will usually shoot MOA with 75 & 100 grain.

I don't shoot a whole lot, but my most accurate rifle is my 1951 Swiss K31 that I paid $100 for. At 100 yards with open sights I can keep about 3" with surplus ammo. I am getting ready to scope it, which should help me keep it to about 1-1/2". I know this isn't stellar by any means, but I think it's pretty impressive.

Just got back from the smith, a remington 700 action that I blueprinted with a jewell trigger installed. rebarrelled with a lilja #8 match grade barrel, chambered in .204 ruger all sitting in a glass bedded H.S precision varmint stock. It shoots consistently under an inch at 200 yds. with factory ammo.(federal/sierra 39gn blitzkings) can't wait to find a load she likes.

I'd say my Rem 700 .243 is the best. And I just shoot factory ammo.
My Beretta model 502L 30-06 is a tack driver too.
Both guns will shoot better than I can shoot em.

Ruger M77 chambered in 7mm Rem Mag. hand loaded 162 gr. Hornady HPBT muzzle velocity 2800 fps w/ Leupold Varix-III 2.5x8-40 3-round sub moa at 100 yd. I have killed several deer and turned a few yotes inside out with this rifle.
I had a Remington 700 Sendero chambered in .22-250 with 4.5x16-50 Leupold that shot extremely well but I don't have it anymore so it don't count.

Savage .243 @ 100 yards with the first handload tried. This gun could be my most accurate, not had enough time to tinker with it! The Savage and Ruger vt 22-250 are very close.

Browning BLR .243 with Wincester suppreme 100gr. silvertips. w/ Nikon 3x9x40 prostaff scope.
But my Ruger M77 MKII would be if it had a better scope. its a .270 with 3x9x40 Simmons eight point on top shooting 130 gr. Remington's.
But I love my little Ruger 10/22 with a Tasco proghorn 3x9. shooting the cheap remington hollow points I've shot black birds at 50+ yards and crows at 75+! It loves thos crows and I hate'm!
I also have a sweet shooting Savage .22 single shot lever action with open sights that I've shot black birds at 40+ yards with. Its nothing to look but it's fun to shoot!

that is one good lookin rifle.
as for me a savage .243, pre accu-trigger, simmons scope. shoots holes in holes after i get warmed up.
have had this gun for years. somewhere along the way i got a good dent in the front of the scope rim (evidently got knocked pretty good). took it out and shot it, dent never phased it.

I dont have it anymore but a 700 action in .308( worked over, blueprinted) shilen barrel setting in a mcmillin stock. 36X target scope in Leupold Mark IV bases..Black hills, federal gold medal match or handloads would stay in 1/2" on the worst of days..1/4"-3/8" groups consistantly..
As far as .22's a Rem 541-T..
