Wild here a bit ago

Big thunder storm blew thru. Lot's of lightning, two houses hit nearby both on fire. Tree's down knocking power out just north of us. Looked like the woods on fire about 3 miles away. Scanner says now there is a tree on fire in another location another victim of lightning. Sounds like another round will hit soon. All this and we got maybe three drops of rain here.

just talked to mom and dad just out of Greenville. Their power was still off but it had stopped raining. looked like just a few tree limbs down. they got quite a bit of rain though.

More the Beechmont, Belton area that got the majority of damage we seen. Ditches running full and across hwy 431 at one time by Beechmont. Scanner still going one call after another with small fires in that area.

I've been watching the weather all day, I've heard thunder and seen lightning off and on all day, mixed with sunshine. The weather seems to break apart right before it hits bowling green then reform afterwards!

Hasn't rained a drop here.

Last night, it flooded the streets and broke down trees about a mile from me but it barely wetted the grass here.
