...on guns. I hear some really great explainations....really good ones, I personally like the ones about the terrorist countries owning the gun manufacturors and jacking prices to fund their jihad:rolleyes:..haha. I have noticed that most of my so called assault rifles have jumped in prices the past couple months, as with several shops. Guess that means I'll have to jump up my stockpiling!!! Gotta get that m14 and thompson while I can:D

Guns along with ammo has been going through the roof for the past several years. Some are saying the price of raw material and metals are driving them up.

One thing, it is a electio year. With the most liberal and gun ban happy democrat ever in the front running, people are scrambling to get the ar's, ak's, hi caps, and pistols. In fear of them being banned. I would wager to say that has had some affect on the prices.

One thing I have noticed, All it takes is one trip to the shot show to see it. The people running these companies are not hunters and shooters. They are businessmen and executives. Some with no knowledge of the industry at all. Like everything else, they are trying to squeeze all the money they can out of each and every gun. After you talk to a few of them and then see some of the guns they come out with, it is easy to see it.
