Yep, I know there are a billion of em, but I'm interested in people's bestest 30-06 loads. What bullet/powder combination is everyone's favorite?

I swear by IMR 4895 and anything weighing 150 grains. It seems to be a very forgiving powder for that cartridge.

I used 50.0 grains of IMR-4064 with a 150 grainer in my .30-06. Was the most accurate load in my Ruger M-77.

H 4895 (not temp sensitive, which I love as I shoot a bunch in hot weather) for 150 grain bullets (Hornady mainly)

H4350 for 165-180 grain Hornady bullets

Those are MY "go to" powders for the /06 (win primers)

I have had my best luck with 165 grain Nosler Balistic Tip Boat tail bullets pushed at mid range loadings in my Remington 700. I can't remember the exact loads, it's been a year since I cranked out a bunch. Nosler has expanded thier line of BT bullets. The Partition is a fine bullet also. My loads probably wouldn't be the best in your gun anyway. You would have to work up your own load for each gun. I have shot sub-MOA groups from a rest (of course) with the Noslers. If you can shoot their eye pupils out, you don't need a "hot load" screaming at blistering speed. Hot loads are very seldom the most accurate loads anyway. I seat the bullets as close to the beginning of the rifling as I safely can, thus increasing the pressure a bit, so I don't load hot. Keep working with a "dummy" round (no powder) until you get the seating just right and mark it to use setting up your bullet seating die. It helps that I have my barrel floated and my action bedded in Stainless Steel bedding compound. The trigger is factory, but has been re-worked to a lighter but safe for hunting 3 lbs. Get some Noslers, I'll bet you like them!
