I planted some buckwheat and clover about a month ago and the buckwheat has really taken off. I have never tried it before but the deer in eastern ky really seem to like it because they are eating the tops off of it as quick as it is growing. ill try to get some pics next time i am there.

I love buckwheat! Makes a nice lush green patch and all sorts of wildlife love it. Wait till it comes to flower and then seeds out. Turkey and quail love the stuff !!!
