I decided to paint my stock and forearm on my SPR 453. I only use it for duck hunting, so I went with colors that would blend during season. This was my attempt at painting any part of a gun, and I am happy with the outcome. Up close, its not the most attractive paint job, but when you step back about 10 feet it mixes well. I set it outside to see how it looked against a background, and the camo parts hide very well.

Agreed. Looks nice, especially for a home made job.

If any ducks complain about your paint job, I say shoot 'em.

That'll teach those stupid ducks.
