TROPHY DEER TAG TO BE AUCTIONED ON E-BAY
How would you like a once in a lifetime chance to hunt a super trophy whitetail deer on any or all Kentucky Wildlife Management Areas during any and all deer seasons?
The winner of this auction will receive a special Kentucky deer tag, and framed certificate, that grants special permission to hunt on any or all wildlife management areas in Kentucky with the weapon permissible for that area at the time. The tag will allow you to hunt on the famous Ballard WMA during early bow season and the Adult Quota Gun hunt. NOTE: For safety reasons persons may not gun hunt on WMA’s that are open for archery hunting only. Parts of the Ballard area are off limits to even this tag during the Waterfowl refuge closure beginning October 15. This is part of the reason the Ballard area is so good to hunt. Almost all of our previous winners have taken nice bucks on the Ballard WMA and many just missed bowshots there too. If you don’t fill the tag at Ballard WMA there are many other great Quota hunts open to you, including the hunt at Pennyrile State Forest, where a non-typical scoring 246 3/8 Boone and Crockett points was harvested during the 2006 hunt.
The permit is valid for KY residents or non-residents, and is in addition to the regular purchased deer tag. This would mean that the winner of this Auction could take 2 fantastic bucks in Kentucky this season! If you prefer to use it on private property instead of on a wildlife management area, you may do so. Don’t forget Kentucky has been ranked as high as number two in North America in entering Boone and Crockett Deer in the record books. In past seasons over 40 Boone and Crocket bucks have been taken per year in the state. In trophy deer hunting, you must hunt where the big bucks are, and this special tag gives you access to some of the very best trophy deer public hunting locations in the Nation.
