Right now is the time to start planting wheat.

People will sometimes start planting after tobbacco is getting cut out of fields. You could start planting now, but if you don't have time right now you do have a couple of weeks to play with.

Deprnding on the season, but you can plant up into Oct. with good results.

Lime and fertilizer make a big differance!The deer seem to know.A plot of wheat that's been fertilized is greener taller and thicker.The deer and turkey will be in there in Nov.200 lbs of 10-10-10 per acre at least.
