EXERCISE FOR PEOPLE OVER 40
Begin by standing on a comfortable surface, where you have plenty of room at each side. With a 5-lb potato sack in each hand, extend your arms straight out from your sides and hold them there as long as you can. Try to reach a full minute, and then relax. Each day you'll find that you can hold this position for just a bit longer.
After a couple of weeks, move up to 10-lb potato sacks. Then try 50-lb potato sacks and then eventually try to get to where you can lift a 100-lb potato sack in each hand and hold your arms straight for more than a full minute.
(I'm at this level.)
After you feel confident at that level, put a potato in each sack.

I prefer beer curls:D.....did you know if each time you take a drink of beer you consume one ounce, you would have armcurled 58.5 lbs if you drink a 12 pack? You would have performed 144 reps....and if your bathroom is 26 feet from your recliner, and the fridge is 19 feet you would have walked almost two tenths of a mile? Drinking beer is not for the out of shape amature;)

I'm a big guy that could run OK (for a biggun) and I used to get smoked by a 65 year old dude in 5Ks that waddled at a very fast and consistant pace. I also got beat by a pregnant girl once. She was a REAL runner though. I beat alot of teen and 20s couch potatos though!!!

My dad is 53. By no means an old man but getting up there. Last summer he ran a 5k. Mind you, Dad is not the everyday jogger type (6'2 235), but the man is a good runner for his size. After the run was over a young girl came up to him and said "Sir, you really inspired me today to finish the race, your just a real inspiration." Dad is thinking to himself, "my god, what is that supposed to mean!??" I'll never stop giving him heck over that one.:D

Now that is a great question, I'd hate to over due myself needlessly...A fellow could possibly get a hernia if he lifted too much at once and wasn't ready for the new heavy weight.....lol
Someone needs to investigate and find the correct style of Tater that is supposed to be used....People could get hurt.......:D
I feel that a Study commission should be started and I think the Governor (Fink Steve Beshear) of Kentucky or possibly the Rat Mayor Jerry Abramson could allocate at least 5 million to find out the answer.......
Because if they can allocate 10 to 50 million for the Bridge studies, this should be a cake walk to pay for with our tax dollars.....
