Came home today from an out of state trip to find a chocolate brown mink laying against the windshield of my truck in the driveway! I didn't know that many people knew I was a trapper but I'm glad somebody does.[:D][:D]

Word must be getting out. That mink knew it was just a matter of time and gave himself up.[:D]
I've enjoyed reading about your seasons.

Thunderstorm,
Are you a trapper? If so, tell us what you've been up to.[:D]

Haven't trapped for 20 years. Trapped while in HS and College.

Thunderstorm,
Never too late to get back into it. You can always take your two dogs along with you.

If I lived where I did growing up I would probably still trap. I just water trapped and had a river curve and wrap around my house. I probalby trapped 10 miles of that river on foot. I did however help get my nephew started a few years ago. He now has a job that doesn't give him the time.
I wouldn't dare take my dogs with me...talk about a pain in the rear while I was trying to get something done.

Thunderstorm, I've got about a mile of river frontage. You are welcome to these beavers and mushrats any time you want them.

Yep, were so far back in the mountains that we have to pipe sunshine in everyday. Were so far back in the mountains that eastern Kentucky lies somewhere to the west of us. How far west are you snareman?

965,
I'm so far west that our area is simply known as God's Country. About an hour west of Bowling Green, 3.5 hrs from London.
