I’d like to hear from anyone using these choke tubes.
Compared to the other choke tubes (Rem choke, etc) these can’t be very thick. How do they hold up? Ever had a tube swell and stick in the barrel?
Over 20 years ago, when I lived in Breathitt Co. and was doing a lot of grouse hunting and looking for the perfect grouse gun, I had a Remington 1100 Special Field barrel sent off(Remington didn't offer choke tubes back then) too get choke tubes installed and thinwall was all that could be used on the 1100SF or so they said. I believe the company name was Truchoke. I used the firearm for several years and never had any problems though I always kept it oiled up pretty good. Gave this firearm to my son in law in 96 and will ask him if he has had any problems.

Have not used Tru Choke tubes but have used Briley's. Briley's thinwalls will give you trouble free shooting. They are used by many competition shooters who will put more rounds through a gun in a year then any hunter will in a lifetime.
