larger letters and color

was wondering why i can't use the larger letter and change the color,,,,i mis my # 4 size letter and my blue,,,and what about the smilies,,,

heck i cant figure it out myself i went to edit options and didnt see anything saying i could change anything... maybe some of us have out of date browsers or something.. i think my version of Internet Explorer is from the 1900's well maybe not that far back but... i see off to the side above them smilies i see the Abc A/A but its greyed out
