Anyone Travel 127 Owenton/Frankfort on here?

i was wondering what those big blue/purple bags are that are haning on those tree along the road they appear to be to be made out of stocking material...MY Guess is that someone is a trying to collect catalpa worms or those locusts

I've been seeing them all over Northern Ky,never dreamed they were for Emerald Ash Borers though.


Cicada's are thick in the woods around home here,when you can hear them sing over top of tractor/bushhog you know they're thick.
