Nice fish. How do you guys fish for walleye over there? Ive always heard its pretty good fishing but didnt know how to fish for them over there. The only way Ive ever really fished for them is by snaggin shad on Cumberland but didnt know if you could do that well on Carr Creek like that.

You can also catch them like that on carr creek..Another good way is to use crawlers and fish them just like a plastic worm..You can also get them on cranks or jerkbaits...I hope this helps you out some....

Another great way is jigging off the bottom.

nice fish! ive caught walleye at carr creek using 6# mono, crawler harness (2 hooks), with no weights. just let it free fall. if u get on them and they start biting, most of the time they will inhale it before it hits the bottom:)

To tell the trouth it was accidental,I wasnt fishing for only walleye.I fish for what ever hits. But i caught it on a 1/8 black/gold specked Rooster Tail.I hooked another about the same size,on the same thing, but lost it trying to boat it.I forgot my dip net!!!!!!! But i had it today!!!! You'll might not beleive this ,but i caught a 22'' blue cat today on the same Rooster Tail.
