I'm wondering if any of you guys have any experiences with the 3.4" p22 Walther.
I have an opportunity to get one. I like the way it feels, and I know Walthers have a good reputation, but I would like to hear some personal experiences if you guys have any with the P22.

My dad got one a couple of years ago. I've shot it a couple of times and it's a pretty sweet little gun. The slide is real easy to cycle and it's pretty accurate from what I can remember. Fits good in the hand and it's easy to shoot. Every once in a while a round would get jammed in it for some reason. I asked on of the guys at Classis Arms and Archery in Lexington (I think he is one of the owners) about it. He said he's never heard of that happening with a P22, but that it could be due to cheap ammo, which is very possible cause this was probably from bulk box. Even with that, I wouldn't hesitate to buy one. I've thought about getting one for my wife but I'd like to have something with a little more punch for her. Hope this helps.

I don't own one myself, but I have an uncle that does. I have shot it, and it is a fine little gun. I would like to have one someday, I vote go for it!

Together, we have three, my brother, my son, and myself each have one. My brother's and mine are the 5 inch model, but my son's is the 3.4 inch version. I only have good things to say about them, they are very accurate and light. You need to keep it clean to reduce slide wear. I have read some negative comments about them, but we love ours. There is a tiny "set" screw on the barrel compensator on the five inch model. My brother's backed out and we lost the little set screw. I called Walther and they shipped one straight to me, no questions asked. No charge, no waiting, super service. The P22's are our working guns, we carry them for everything, from the trapline to coon hunting, and even a back up for frogs that can't be reached with a gig.

I've got one and can't complain about it. I've had mine jam once or twice, but it most likely was due to cheap ammo as that's pretty much all I've shot in it.

had a 5"-er for about a year. Way too small to fit my hand. Not very accurate but certainly cheap to feed and I didn't have any problems with jams and the like. If it fits your hands I'm not sure you can beat it for the price for a fun plinking gun

I bought one this past year to carry on the trap line with me. I have had zero problems with it. It has taken a swim twice while walking the creek and falling out of my hooded sweat shirt. But nothing a good drying out and cleaning didn't fix. I love this gun, once I got me a holster, you almost forget it is there at all.
