I got my Bass Pro archery classic magazine in the mail yesterday. I am thinking of getting a new bow(hadnt bought a new one in 8 years). Would anyone have confidence in any of the bows made by Redhead? By looking at the pictures only, it looked like the redhead kronix isnt a bad deal. My other choice is the growler. Does anyone either of the two? and what do you think about them. Thanks

Just first impression ...but they look similar to Bowtech / Diamond.

Basspro... Cabelas....Gander Mountain all carry a bow line with their name on it. Back a couple years ago I got a tour of Parker in Mint Springs, Va. .. I got to see pretty much all processes on assembly of bows & crossbows. One section of assembly was dedicated to a few particular models made specifically for BassPro. At this stage it basically boiled down to limb stickers / graphics to say it was BassPro when in reality it was one of Parkers upper end bows.

I would guess all the bow manufactures contract / bid to manufacture the big sporting chains bows. It all boils down to what you want or want to spend. I'd say its a good bow if its fits your needs but for warranty repairs it means dealing with Basspro. With bows...customer service can mean a whole lot and having a knowledgeble person setting-up the bow is worth a little more cash.
