Another summer of madness begins. We've been conditioning our hands with sandpaper and practicing holding our breath until we pass out. Water is still a little cool, so I'm betting the catch will be on the blue cat side of things next weekend.

We've got a few new vessels for our fleet this year, including my own, Tha' Kitty Tickler.

Tha' Hat has gotten used to living down around the equator and refuses to believe the water temperature difference between here and there. :D

Wish we could go, Rough River still 10' above summer pool. Can't hold breath that long. We have a few holes at Nolin, may check them out. Good luck everyone.

Tha' Hat dove in below Pickwick Dam checking for holes Sunday. Water temp was 74, and no fish were to be found. Tha' Missus wasn't impressed with the effects on lil' Hat.

Tha' Hat is now done referring to himself in third person. The forecast looks good this week to up that water temp, and the lake level should be about right for a change. I know of one little mean channel cat that has WKYBanded written all over it...

You guys are seriously NUTZ!!!!!

I've never been that hungry or desperate for a good time.

I had a customer in the studio last summer who had no skin from his fingertips to his arm pit. I was ashamed to ask how he got such an awful looking injury. He then proceeded to tell me of a 63 pound flathead that skinned him while swallowing his arm trying to get out of a box they had set for that purpose. My MOMMA raised me better than that!!!
