Knight back country carbine.... most know this gun as an MK 85 Knight. It has one small differance tho a 20 inch barrel. I looked real hard at the Austin-Hallek muzzleloaders this fall but they are IMO way to heavy to pack around much.
Rem Mod 700 MZ stainless steel with Mossy Oak camo synthetic stock, topped with a Redfield widefield 2-7X scope. I shoot 100 gr of Cleanshot pellets with Remington sabots. It is a great set up!
I just bought a T/C Thunder Hawk for the wife for Christmas. It is very light & feels like a sweet shooting gun, too. Got it for $125 brand new at a Wal-Mart closeout. Probably saved about $150 on the deal.

Knight/Disc
I have the stainless barrel with the advantage camo stock. I put a fixed 4X20 simmons scope with see through mounts. I have taken a 7-pointer and a 10-pointer with it, It shoots very well, but is just a little heavy to carry. I really like the stainless barrel. It is easier to keep clean.
