He hasn't stoped the Ohio Navy from making its way through Rockcastle. We are fortunate enough to have the exit on I75 that every takes to get to Cumberland, and I can tell you traffic is just as bad as usual here.

It didn't stop them at Laurel Lake either. It was tuff fishin' yesterday with 30' power boats blasting past my little 16' bass boat all day. Then when trying to get out of the ramp, the idiots would pull their boats out on trailers and stop right at the top of the ramp where they were blocking all traffic to tie stuff down. There were only 2 boats in front of me and it was a 45 minute wait to get out of the lake. One of them had his trailer backed down where it was completely under water and couldn't figure out why he couldn't get the boat back on it. I should have told him to pull the drain plug and it would set right down on the trailer.
