I saw 3 good ones in a field this morning blown up and gobbling their heads off.

Those would have been a slam dunk.

Went fishing yesterday and one of the same birds I was hunting this year was gobbling his head off. Think of how much they will grow till next spring!

I'm glad they're still doing their thing to ensure more turkeys -- maybe in a couple of years we'll have a boomer crop

While checking the cows Sunday morning, there were two lone toms in the pasture field. One was strutting his stuff while the other seemed to be simply along for the ride. There was not a hen in site of them.

I was out yesterday and heard one gobbling about 2:00pm. He must have gobbled 150 times. I guess some of the ol' boys don't know it's over for this year!

No hens. Makes you wonder about the turkeys in your area.;)

There is a bird on the property behind my house that has gobbled ever morning last week, left out monday on a business trip so missed some mornings this week so not sure that if he is still gobbling but he was tearing the woods down last week every morning
