its hard to say if there is a good one or not, most people go a day or two after they stock up and burn them up, it pays to know the depths and layout of the bottom of the lake.

It's true you must learn your paylake of choice by that I mean the deep/shallow holes where the fish school up -- and yes stocking day is by far the best day and sometimes the following morning -- I mainly fish Green Valley in Barren Co. just off the Burkesville road east of Glasgow because it's the closest to me -- the fish average 2 1/2 - 3 lbs for the most part but the 3 ponds do have big blues and flatheads -- I saw the pics the other day of a 50, 51 and some 20 lbers that have recently been caught -- the cost is $10 for 8 fish or 8 hours which ever comes first then you can purchase a $5 ticket for 3 more fish or 5 hours or you can buy the $5 only whatever you like -- the last 2 Fridays I have fished I've caught 11 fish both trips had 25 lbs this Friday and 31 last -- they are biting plain chicken breast and or catalpa worms good right now
Yeah I know a great paylake! Its called pennys paylake in custer Ky. I have been 9 or 10 times nobody really fishes it.And I have caught baskets full of nice cats.If you fish by any of the light poles you will do good!

What county you in, that might give some folks and idea of some paylakes around your local area. If you are around the glasgow are Green Valley a good lake, Cave City are Ridge Top isn't a bad lake, toward Smiths Grove area there a lake out there I think called Shorty's pay lake don't know much about it. These are some pay lakes close to my local area that I know of or hve fished at
