Anyone used and fished with P line? What line do you like on bait casters for bass? Just everyday fishing you know good for worm crankbait type.

12lb clear for bass. I love the 40 lb mono solar green for catfishing.

You can have all the PLine. Every type of PLine I have tried I have not been happy with.
I prefer SunLine FC Sniper, Seagar Invis-X and Trilene Maxx. Berkley Flouro carbon is not very good either IMO. If you are looking for straight mono then BPS Excel is not bad and really neither is Berkley Big Game. For the money it is hard to beat those in mono.

I am not impressed with the p-line either. Stren seems to work best for me

I have used P-Line before alongside with Berkley Big Game. I didn't notice a bit of difference so for the money, its Big Game for me.

I fish Berkley Trilene XT exclusivley but with this last issue I had with line testing, I'm going to try Ande fishing line who holds more IGFA World Records than all line combined. Berkley is in the top 3 but the line tested way to high for me to have the record. But off the record, its Berkley XT for me.

We're hoping to get the boat to either Laurel or Cumberland one day next week and will be "testing" the suffix line...........

Good for worm?or good for crank bait? I like to use 15lb big game for worm/flippin jigs/tubes, but for crankbaits i use less poundage line, for a better presentation.
I LOVE Pline. I have the Flauroclear on most of my reels. It is the flauro coated line. Casts great, feels better, and is pretty low memory. I am a big fan of this type of P line. I haven't tried the rest. I got mine at dicks and it was like .80 cents more than most other lines.

I have used Stren for many years but tried some Pline last year. Can't tell any difference to speak of. Both are mono line.

I'm a big fan of two different P-Line "formulas".
I really like the P-Line Evolution in smoke silver 4 lb on crappie / red ear spinning gear. I've recently started using the same in 15lb on worm / jig rigs.
I also fish some really really nasty stuff casting swim baits for stripers. For this I like the P-Line CXX xtra tough in Moss green in 10lb. very very abrasive resistant. It does have some memory, but the toughness makes up for it.

I use 20 lb P-Line for stripers and walleyes. I use 10lb for worms and brushhoggs.
