What type herbicide will kill out fescue and not harm clover? Poast will work but it is over 200 bucks a jug. It only comes in 2.5 gallon jugs and it can't be broken up. I thought Vantage would work but according to the website, it says to not use on fescue but didn't say why. Anyone use anything else that works?

RobI know they put poast in a gallon jug........just look around. I bought a gallon at TSC, a few weeks ago, fo $35........it had the label messed up, so the marked it down.:D

I bought some in a gallon jug a couple years ago also. Both farm stores here in town said it was only available in the 2.5 jug. I'll check around and hopefully can find a leftover gallon somewhere. If not, those deer can pick through the fescue to get to the clover.
