I sure thought ole fisheyes Biffle had something for Kyle last night its a shame the luck he is having. It seems nobody has anything for the Toyotas this year .Mainly Mr Busch. The boos that erupted at driver intros reminded me of the Dale Sr and Jeff Gordon days. I hope this isnt sign of things to come for Kyle (winning) .Oh well great race and for the record Junior (journeyman) Earnhardt is O for 73..:)..

Kyle is in a zone. He is the best driver right now. I am not a fan of his but it is obvious.

because he's winning races now definitely doesn't mean he's the best driver.. it means his team is preparing the best race-car at this time. they've found something with the new car that works for them and it's really helping him excel. but to say he just found a new stroke of talent that put him higher up isn't right........

the bush brothers are both talented, but both 2 total p$%(CKS

One reason those toyotas are so tough are they are makeing 25-30 more horsepower out of the motors witch means better acceleration out of the turns and better top speed at the end. The only decent driver they have in one thogh is Busch. The others are has beens and wanabe's. I was really hopeing Jr. would have a great year leaving DEI and all but things just can't seem to go his way.

He is having a great year. Just ain't got that win yet. But when you run like he has this year. He will no doubt get a W soon.

I haven't kept up with it that good this year I just know he isn't in the points lead and he hasn't got a W! But it seams like I'm always hearing of him getting in a wreck or a bad motor or something! Iduno!

I just wonder if Rick Hendrick is scratching his head and saying what did I do? Rick cashes those big checks from Jr but I bet JGR will be cashing some of there own. Like 3 for this season alone.... HEATH

I'm sure Jr would trade a handful of wins for a championship. He is 3rd in points right now by the way. For you denser types, that means he's had the 3rd best season of anyone so far this year.

Terry Labonte will be a teammate to his brother Bobby at Petty Enterprises starting next month, pending sponsor approval. Terry (and Chad McCumbee) will drive the #45 when Kyle Petty gets out for the summer. Petty is scheduled to compete in the Coca-Cola 600 and then miss the next seven races (one for his daughter's wedding and the other six to work as an analyst for TNT). McCumbee likely will drive at Dover and Chicago. Terry Labonte likely will drive in the other five races. Labonte's addition is key for Petty Enterprises because the #45 car is not in the top 35 in car owner points. Labonte's second of his two titles came in 1996 -- that makes him the most recent champion not in the top 35 since Bill Elliott's title came in 1988. Thus, Labonte would be guaranteed a starting spot each time he starts, while the Wood Brothers would lose that even with Elliott in the seat. This would be the second time the Labonte brothers have run as teammates. Terry Labonte drove in five races for Joe Gibbs Racing in 2005 when Bobby Labonte was there. Terry Labonte ranks fourth in series history with 851 career starts. He won 22 races.(Roanoke Times)(5-11-2008)

Wow! Kyle Busch is the only Toyota driver that is decent! Which kind of driver is Tony Stewart a has-been or a wanabe?

Enough said! How many guys is he going to wreck before someone takes him behind the hauler???? No question he has some good cars lately and seems to be a talented driver but man his ability to take someone out on the track is getting old.

I wouldnt put the cart before the horse.Jeff Gordon led by a huge margin last year and would have walked away with the championship under the points system Jrs daddy won under. And for you denser types everyone knows 17 wins in 9 years does not qualify Jr to be mentioned in the same breath as Gordon and Jimmy Johnson as together they won more races last year than Jr has in his career. I would say Jr will make the chase but to win a championship seems a little far fetched.

Nobody was complaining when Earnhardt was doing it. Busch has the same drive and determination Big E did with the exception of his life and career doesnt depend on it. He's young yet,but he'll eventually mature and yes he does need to gain a little patience to go with that talent

The boy (Kyle) can flat drive a race car. Jimmy Spencer (the same one who blacked brother Kurt's eye a few years ago) had nothing but praise for him on Nascar Victory Lane and that told me a lot. He's young, aggressive and can drive a car to the limit as well as any driver on the circuit.

Tony dosn't deserve a Yota. He is a grade A A$$H0!E! But I will say he can drive. Anyone who can drive it through the grass at 150 and not spin can drive! But after gripping about all the beating and banging going on a Daytona a few years ago and then drive Kenseth out of the race pretty well. I lost all respect for that "boy"! And I don't even like Kenseth I could give a careless what happens with him!

Earnhardt Sr took you out on purpose. Kyle is out of control and takes people out in the process. It's only a matter of time before he has a bad, bad wreck.

That would be like me saying that together Jimmy Johnson and Jeff Gordon still dont have as many championships as Dale Earnhardt.....

Or why dont we just cut this crap to the quick......Running the same chassis, same motors, and the same fabricators, Dale Earnhardt Jr has led more laps, run more miles upfront, made more quality passes and ranks higher in points than any of his team mates......

As for the Shrub.....Let him have his moment in the sun......It wont be long before Rick Hendrick and General Motors spend enough money to figure out how to beat the Japs, and they will, then Chevy will once again return atop NASCAR where it rightfully deserves to be.

I think its sad really.......My Grandfather's generation would have never ever bought a Japanese made automobile.....Maybe thats because their generation lost loved ones in WWII. Its a shame how fast one can forget his or her heritage........

You got that right.......Did you notice how Chicken little let Biffle back around after he darn near wiped him out at Darlington.......

I love how folks like to compare Busch to Earnhardt.......

Lets at least wait till Busch wins a couple of championships before we get too excited...........

Jr compared him to his dad last week. I am pretty sure he knew him well enought to make that assesment.

The way I interpret that is like a bullfrog and a turtle are both amphibians......

NASCAR has been missing an evil driver for some time now. Earnhardt wasn't even his old bada$$ self the last few years. Kurt Busch was easy to hate for awhile and then he went to Penske and got PC'd up by Miller Lite. I can't even say I dislike him anymore. He doesn't do or say anything to get me riled up. Now Kyle on the other hand, he's a geuine piece of work. I like how he pretended to rub tears away from his eyes when they were booing him Sat when he was onstage with his mother. I listened to him on Trackpass most of the race. He is so condescending to his crew it's makes me sick. I think one of the reasons he talsk so bad about his cars is it makes him appear to be a better driver when he gets a good finish out of a bad handling car. And that deal at Richmond, I would have respected him more if he would have purposefully bumped Jr out of the way than to drive in too hard and lose it himself. Remember when he got a ticket for spinning his street car's tires a few years ago and then claimed he just "chirped" them? Give me a break. You're a loaded 18 year old kid; just admit you burned the back tires off, we all did it at that age.

To sum it up: I needed someone else in NASCAR to hate. Rooting against "The Bad Guy" is half the enjoyment.:D

BINGO! He is so wrapped up in himslef that he cannot realize that he, alone, will get nowhere fast. His mentality of getting to the front as fast as he can no matter what it takes is getting old really fast. Bumping is part of racing, but wrecking and driving through others to get to the front is uncalled for. I give him one more "racing accident" before he gets put behind the wall.
