Anyone have any baked fish recipes they care to share?
They put a daily limit on everything, but work.

About all I do is squirt some lemon juice on them and sprinkle some parsley. They turn out really good, and it's simple!
The only purpose of bread is to hold meat!
Put some crackers in a plastic bag and roll them with a rolling pin until they are almost dust. Salt & pepper the cracker crumbs, roll wet fillets in the crumbs.

I don't have the exact recipe handy, but like to take walleye fillets and sandwich in crabmeat mixed with celery, a tiny bit of onion and a little breading, some salt and pepper and lemon juice and bake all this until the fish flakes. This will work with about any fish with firm fillets.

A complete meal 30-40 minutes---
Get a broiling pan lined with foil(easy cleanup).Spray some pam on
top and start heating the oven to 450
Take some some nice size catfish filets -completely cover them with
Tony's ORGINAL creole seasoning-add red cayenne and black pepper-put the filets on the pan. ADD parsley and a little garlic .Baste with a melted BUTTER /lemon juice combo with a few jiggers of tabasco .
Cook 7-10 minutes depending on the thickness of the filets.
-Open a bag of coleslaw mix -add dressing with some garlic french
bread....don't forget the ice tea!!!!
Enjoy with friends and family!!![:D]
