the only ones it will hurt are the small guys,seen frank kimmel say it cost them averge 60,000 to run one race...i just wonder how all this will play out over time when businesses start pulling sponsors to make up a little ground..if there is such a shortage they should shorten the races and the seasons..don't seem like 3 miles to the gallon will help supply and demand..
