Seems to be several guys looking for spots to hunt. We have imediate openings for 4 or 5 guys at Wolf Creek Hunting Club(2,595acres). If your interseted, join the waiting list from this web site:

We have very good turkey hunting and you can join now and hunt this spring. You'll pay $375 which is the second half of the yearly dues and be paid up until Oct.

We plan to be at the Strader Show and will probably be full by the close, so if you need a spot to hunt, don't delay long.

How many guys total are in the club and how much pressure does the lease have day to day generslly?

When we fill, there will be 25 members. At one time we hunted 30 members, and the most we had at one time, on anyone day was 19 members and guests. That was opening day of modern gun. We ahve a good mix of hunters, and several out-of-state guys who can only hunt on trips. With the terrian as it is, there is very little pressure on the land and heavy pressure on the bordering private lands. During early archery and after modern gun, pressure is non-existant. It's not a factor and the higher pressure on the gun days seem to help. When this was a WMA quota hunt, there would be 100 hunters drawn for the 3 Lapland tracks. We have QDM standards and have had for the last 4 hunting seasons. Our turkeys gobble throughout the season, and there are plenty of them.

It is located in Meade County -- 10 or so minutes from Brandenburg -- a couple of miles from a smaller town called Battletown. They will probably be full by this weekend after Multi does the booth at the Strader show.
