The morning started out pretty slow. The fog was heavy and the birds did not say much on the roost. I decided to go get breakfast and came back to the woods around 8:00 AM to see if I could get any action. By 8:30 I had my gobbler on the ground. It was about as perfect as a hunt gets for me. He weighed 20 lbs, had a 9.5" beard and 3/4" spurs. I will post pics soon. Hope everyone else is having good hunts.
