I know a few people who have killed two even three with one shot which is still illegal wether it is an accident or not. Some just dont let them spread out enough and end up killing two with one shot. One boy i knew called the warden when he killed three jakes with one shot and the warden said there was nothing he could do but tag two of em. Thats the only thing i can think of.

i haven't looked at the results...... accidents happen, but if there is a lot of them i don't understand that
On the bright side, at least they reported them.

I would assume that a mistake is made by the hunter when calling the bird on on the telecheck system. There are a lot of mistakes made when the hunters enter the data. There are still a lot of hunters out there who aren't aware of the telecheck review feature. My good friend accidentally called his December muzzleloader buck in as a modern rifle kill last year. I saw the mistake on the telecheck review and called him. He called Frankfort and they said, "No problem, this happens all the time." They changed it the next day.
