High Noon Showdown

Well I got one today at high noon. He came running into the Pretty boy setup from close to 250 yards. He was 21lbs, 10.5 beard,7/8,3/4 inch spurs. Got the shot and a little bit of him running into the decoys. will post a link when done uploading.

Nice looking bird! Plenty of field behind you! Could you see him coming the whole 250 yards? Cool. What part of the state are you in?

Hart County, and yes I had to watch him the length of 250 yards. He ran 150 yards of the distance.

Congrats - was he vocal at all - my hunt today I found after 7 or so I couldn't get another one to answer me at all and I hunted till 1

He never gobbled, but had couple more hammering on the ridge when I shot him.
