 Three evenings in a row I have had gobblers gobbling across a creek from me on someone else's property about 100-150 yards away. I cannot get them to cross the dang creek. What do I need to do? HELP!!!

If they're roosting there have you tried pulling them in the mornings?

Getting a turkey to cross a fence or stream can be one of the hardest things to do at times.......Chances are those toms you hear are with hens and he is going to stay with them until they roost.......I have called several toms away from his hens after they begin to fly up but have been closer than you describe.........The best way to do that is to cut and then go with a long series of yelps then just shut up and watch......If he breaks to you then soft purring should bring him on in......
If those birds roost there they may change where they are roosting with an approaching front like what we are going to see head this way Friday evening.
Are you seeing any sign of fresh turkey scratchings where you are setting up or on your property? If so those birds are probably using that area at some point during the day and you will have to wait them out......

Gobblers are not going to cross a creek in the evening before they roos to check out a hen. They have already bread a few times throughout the day and can wait for the next morning.
Try going out in the morning.

The biggest reason for not getting a bird is trying to make the gobbler go where he doesnt want to go. If you can get in a spot where he uses or wants to be going to anyway then you can win the battle pretty easy. The hard part is learning the direction they will go. If they have it good on the neighbors property with lots of hens and food you just maybe out of luck. However if the hens start to nest you may be able to pull them your way when hens are hard for them to find.

I agree. Next week that bird may come on a string.

Have you tried the fighting purr? I've recently pulled a few toms away from hens with it. They came RUNNING in. Give it a shot.
