My son William killed his first turkey this morning. It was a 2 yr old with 2 beards. I don't know who was more excited, Him or me. 20 lbs. 10 inch, 5 inch beards, 3/4 inch spurs. I will try to post pictures when we get back home tomorrow.

We had them all over us this morning but couldn't get one too commit to the decoys. I don't know if it was because the end of the shot gun was stuck 2 foot out of the blind or the constant head bobbing of our shooter.:D:D Either way it was awesome. We had 6 long beards work about 150 yards from us for about 30 minutes this am.

great job! my daughter killed her 7th tom this morning. shes 6 yrs old and handles that 835 well;) just goofing y'all. i ask her if she wants to go and she gives me one of these:cool: and goes of singing hannah montana's 'best of both worlds'! maybe someday!?!?:confused: ive gotta lil one on the way and everyone knows im not pulling for a boy, right? either way, i cant wait! good luck this spring everyone and may the best turkey win!
