Tax credit land to hunt?

Its been a year or more since the new law allowing hunting on private ground in return for tax credits, is there any Dept pamplet out that tells where these grounds are? If any!

I dont see many farmers doing this when they can make much more just leasing it out. Plus sometimes thats cash money Uncle Sam doesnt see. Would be nice if it works out but I won't hold my breath.
